This painting is from an original oil of Scott’s daughter. Each canvas giclee is meticulously hand textured and varnished giving them the look and feel of the original. A Quiet Thought can also be purchased framed in an antique nineteenth century shuttered window with hand-forged hardware. Once framed, no two pieces will be exactly alike, making for a truly collectable work.

The play of light and composition with strong abstract shapes, draw the viewer into the emotion of the girl's eyes. This piece was selected as a finalist in the prestigious Art Renewal Center's 2008/2009 ARC Salon.
